Applied under the tongue for maximum absorption.

Suggested Use- Take one dropper-full and place under the tongue for 30-60 seconds. Dryness in the throat is normal when ingesting MCT and will go away after 10-30 seconds.

One dropper (1ml) of the 1250mg bottle contains approx 20.8mgs of CBD and the 2500mg bottle will contain approx 41.6 mg of CBD per dropper.

I am a guitarist diagnosed with frozen shoulder and I was in tremendous pain. I was unable to lift (my) arm past chest level.
